What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your service, thus lessening it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your service will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your service will be applied. Any guest arriving 15 minutes or more past the time of scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We ask that a 24-hour notice be given for all salon services. If you miss your appointment more than twice without canceling, we will ask for a credit card to hold your next appointment. If you are booking more than three hours of time, a credit card is also required to hold your appointments. If you do not call to cancel your services, your credit card will be charged the full amount to ensure that the service providers are compensated for the lost time.
